At Bound Beauty & Wellness, we’re committed to providing professional, timely care in a respectful environment. Please review our policies prior to booking your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will result in a $100 charge or forfeiture of a prepaid deposit.
• Multiple no-shows may result in dismissal from our practice to ensure availability for other clients.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
• For services that cannot be abbreviated, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
• Packages or prepaid treatments must be paid in full prior to the first session.
• Gratuity for aesthetic services is not accepted—we love a kind review instead!

Refunds & Product Exchanges

• All sales on treatments, services, and gift cards are final.
• If you experience adverse effects or are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
• Products may be exchanged if unopened and unused within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

Consent Forms

All clients are required to complete and sign consent forms prior to their first treatment.

• These forms ensure you are fully informed about procedures, potential risks, and aftercare.
• Consent forms must be updated annually or if there are changes to your medical history.
• If you have any questions about our policies, feel free to reach out prior to your appointment.
