Our Story
Mackenzie is a licensed esthetician and Client Experience Coordinator at Bound Beauty and Wellness. A graduate of Douglas J. Aveda Institute, she brings both skill and heart to her work, creating an environment where clients feel truly seen, cared for, and confident in their skin.
Her passion for aesthetics began with her own journey navigating hormonal acne, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career helping others feel radiant and empowered. Today, Mackenzie specializes in personalized facial treatments, lash lifts and tints, and brow transformations-including lamination, waxing, and tinting. She is deeply committed to results-driven services, blending clinical knowledge with a calm, welcoming approach.
Dedicated to continued growth, Mackenzie has completed ZO® Skin Health’s Foundational, Specialist, and Expert training series and recently earned her CPR certification. Alongside Kristina, she plays an integral role in curating Bound Beauty’s elevated facial offerings.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Mackenzie enjoys traveling, beach days, and cozying up with her cats. Her joy, warmth, and authenticity shine through in everything she does, making her a true reflection of what Bound Beauty represents-a space of healing, confidence, and transformation from the inside out.
